The refrigeration system gives it the quality support that fish needs and protects the integrity, but it is not meant to be a refrigerated storage cabinet. The food plates can be turned upside down and used to improve the cooling performance. This model is also available in various sizes with left or right side cooling unit. With anti-scattering film to protect against glass splinters.
